60-Minute Portfolio Clarity Session
The Portfolio Clarity Session is a paid, 60-minute evaluation with B. Eric Fullerton over Zoom, for $197. It runs on a structured set of questions and a conversation about your portfolio: what is in flight, what is getting in the way, and where strategy and delivery have come apart. You leave knowing what Eric thinks is going on and what fits next: a consulting engagement, the course, or both.

Agenda
What happens in the session?
Sixty minutes, four parts, built on a structured set of questions. It is a conversation, not a presentation: you talk, and we trace the system together.
Your portfolio, in your words
What is in flight, how work gets picked, and where it hurts today.
Where the system breaks
A structured set of questions that follows the work from idea to delivery, to find where the cause sits. It is often not where the symptoms show up.
What Eric thinks is going on
Eric gives you his read on the challenges you described and how they connect.
What fits next
Eric tells you what fits next: a consulting engagement, the course, or both.
After the hour
What do you leave with?
- Where he thinks strategy and delivery have come apart in your portfolio, and why, in plain language.
Answers to your questions
About consulting, the course, or how they fit together, from the person who built both.A recommendation on what fits next
Eric’s view of whether you need a consulting engagement, the PPM4Agile course, or both. If neither would help, you hear that too.
Who should book
Who is the session built for?
VPs who own a portfolio
You hold the budget and you see the work end to end. Each manager may say their part is fine, but the portfolio as a whole keeps running late, over budget, or off scope.PMO directors
You coordinate the resources and keep the stakeholders engaged, and you own the plan everyone keeps rewriting. You want one framework the business, IT, and leadership all work from.Delivery, test and OCM leads
You run development and test, or you get the organization ready for release: training, support, and the materials people need once it goes live. You feel it first when the pipeline upstream breaks.
Is a Clarity Session right for us?
A Clarity Session is the right first step if you are accountable for a portfolio of initiatives and cannot say with confidence which of them will finish, why those and not others, or what it would take to change that. It also works if the trouble shows up at the team level, because team coaching is part of StudioBE’s consulting too. The session is most useful when there is a live decision in front of you: a budget cycle, an oversight review, a reorganization, or a plan that has just been rewritten for the third time this year. You do not need a clean list of initiatives or a mature PMO. You need one hour and a willingness to describe how the portfolio actually runs. At the end, Eric tells you what fits next: a PPM4Agile Implementation, the PPM4Agile course, or both. If none of that would help, you will hear that directly.
Frequently asked questions
What does the session cost?
$197 for the hour. The session can be extended if you need more time. It’s a small commitment compared with an engagement, and a good place to start. If you go on to a consulting engagement, the session fee can be applied toward it.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice. A no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, uses up the session. See the Terms of Purchase.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing formal. If you have a list of active initiatives to hand, bring it; if not, Eric works from what you can describe about how the portfolio runs today.
Who runs the session?
B. Eric Fullerton, the principal of StudioBE and the creator of PPM4Agile. Eric runs every Clarity Session himself and leads every engagement that follows.
What happens afterward?
If a PPM4Agile Implementation or the PPM4Agile course would help, Eric says so before the session ends. What you do next is up to you.
