Terms of Purchase

These terms are between you and StudioBE LLC (“StudioBE”, “we”). They cover the PPM4Agile course, the PPM4Agile Practitioner review, and Portfolio Clarity Sessions and other calls booked through this site. A consulting engagement has its own written agreement, and that agreement governs it.

When you buy the course, you agree to these terms. Organizations buying for several people also agree to the Corporate Seat License.

A course purchase gives access to one named person, through that person’s own StudioBE account. Please don’t share your sign-in, the videos, or the downloads.

Coworkers who want the course buy their own access, or your organization buys a corporate seat license with one seat for each named person.

Yes, use them at work. You may use, copy, and modify the Student Playbook, the templates, the forms, and the Operating System Canvas inside your own organization, and share your filled-in versions with your colleagues there. That is what they are for.

What the course license does not allow:

• Using the forms or other course materials with paying clients. A consultant, contractor, or trainer who buys the course may apply what they learn, but may not hand the materials to clients or deliver them as part of a paid service.
• Teaching the PPM4Agile four-phase model to others, in a class, a workshop, or a course of your own.
• Reselling, republishing, or posting the videos, the Playbook, or the other downloads publicly.

You have access for as long as the course is offered. If it is ever retired, you get 90 days’ notice by email, and you can download your materials before it closes.

The course is in early access. Lessons are being released now, and the full course is targeted for the end of 2026. That date is a target, not a promise; every lesson is yours as it is released.

The course is revised often, and every update within the current edition is included at no charge. We may charge for a future major edition. We will never take away what you already bought.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no phase badge has been issued to you. Ask at hello@studiobeconsulting.com. After 14 days, or once a phase badge has been issued, the course purchase can’t be refunded.

A refund ends your course access and revokes any badges you hold.

If you live in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. At checkout we ask you to tick a box agreeing to immediate access to the course and acknowledging that you lose that right of withdrawal once access begins. The course can’t be bought without it, because access starts as soon as payment completes.

The refund in section 6 still applies to you on the same terms as everyone else.

The PPM4Agile Practitioner review is coming; it is not live yet. When it opens, it is a separate fee, not part of the course price. The fee can’t be refunded once the review has been done.

The phase badges and PPM4Agile Practitioner are a credential issued by StudioBE. They are not a certification, accreditation, or license. StudioBE is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI, Scaled Agile, Scrum Alliance, or ICAgile, and the course does not award PDUs or other continuing-education credits.

We reserve the right to revoke badges, course access, or both for:

• a canvas or other submission that is fabricated or plagiarized;
• a refund or a chargeback;
• a holder calling a badge a “certification”, or implying that it comes from or is affiliated with PMI or Scaled Agile.

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A refund inside the 14-day window is quick, and we would rather sort a problem out with you directly.

If a charge is disputed, course access and badges are suspended while the dispute is open. If the dispute is closed in our favor, access comes back. If it is not, access and badges end, as they would after a refund.

A Portfolio Clarity Session is $197 for 60 minutes over Zoom, and it can be extended if you need more time. If you go on to a consulting engagement, the session fee can be applied toward it.

You can reschedule a call once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice. A no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, uses up the session.

The course, the knowledge base, the Portfolio Health Check, and our calls are educational. They are not legal, financial, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice, and they don’t promise any particular result. You decide how to apply them in your organization.

The course, its videos, the Student Playbook, the templates and forms, the Operating System Canvas, and the case study are © StudioBE LLC. All rights are reserved except the permission to use them inside your own organization in section 3.

We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases made after its effective date, and it never takes away access or materials you already bought. Questions about any of this go to hello@studiobeconsulting.com.
