Corporate Seat License

A corporate seat license lets an organization (“you”) buy the PPM4Agile course from StudioBE LLC for a set number of people at once. Each seat is access for one named person, the same as an individual purchase.

Everything in the Terms of Purchase applies to every seat. This license adds the rules that only matter when an organization is the buyer.

Email hello@studiobeconsulting.com with the number of seats you need. We send a quote with the group discount and an invoice, which you can pay by card or another way we agree. Seats open once payment is received.

You give us the name and work email of each seat holder. Each person signs in to their own StudioBE account, and the course tracks their progress, downloads, and badges separately.

A seat can’t be shared or rotated among several people. If someone leaves your organization before a phase badge has been issued to them, you can move their seat to a new person once; ask at hello@studiobeconsulting.com.

Seat holders may use, copy, and modify the Student Playbook, the templates, the forms, and the Operating System Canvas anywhere inside your organization, and share filled-in versions with colleagues who don’t hold a seat. Teams that take the course together can build one playbook between them.

The limits in the Terms of Purchase still apply: no use of the materials with your organization’s paying clients, no teaching the PPM4Agile four-phase model to others, and no republishing the videos or downloads.

The refund rule in the Terms of Purchase applies seat by seat: a seat can be refunded within 14 days of purchase as long as no phase badge has been issued to its holder. Access lasts for as long as the course is offered, with 90 days’ notice and a chance to download materials if it is ever retired, and every update within the current edition is included.

Badges are individual. Each seat holder earns their own phase badges, and anyone who wants the PPM4Agile Practitioner review (coming, not live yet) submits their own Operating System Canvas and pays the review fee separately; a seat license does not include it unless your quote says so.

A seat can be revoked for the reasons in the Terms of Purchase, including a fabricated or plagiarized submission or a chargeback. Revoking one seat does not affect the others.
